She especially enjoys working with traditional quilt patterns\, finding inspiration in their history while adding her own creative touch. For the past five years\, she has been creating barn quilts that celebrate both heritage and artistic expression. One of the things she loves most about this craft is that barn quilts are meant to be viewed from a distance\, allowing for bold design choices and creativity without the  pressure of perfect precision.

DESCRIPTION:This class is all about the basics of barn quilt design and painting. Students will leave with a 16”x16” barn quilt that can be displayed inside or out. A kit will be required for each student for extra cost. Three designs to choose from: Ohio Star\, Pinwheel\, or Sawtooth Star. Students choose their colors. Limited to 10 students. \n
