Drawn first by their vibrant use of color, she began her journey as a self-taught barn quilt creator, learning from quilt books. She especially enjoys working with traditional quilt patterns, finding inspiration in their history while adding her own creative touch. For the past five years, she has been creating barn quilts that celebrate both heritage and artistic expression. One of the things she loves most about this craft is that barn quilts are meant to be viewed from a distance, allowing for bold design choices and creativity without the  pressure of perfect precision.
