NBQA Silent Auction and General Membership Meeting for April 24th, 2025

Proceeds to benefit the New England Quilt Museum, The Seabees Museum (where all our quilt show items are stored), and one of the missions of the United Methodist Church.

We will begin the Silent Auction at 6:00 p.m. and it will run for one hour. We ask that you bid in dollar amounts only. An example would be if you bid $10.00 on an item, the next person cannot bid $10.50. That bid would be disqualified. You can only pay for your items by cash or check (check made out to NBQA) please.

There will also be refreshments in the kitchen from 6:00-7:00 and yes, please feel free to bring something of your choosing to share. This is also a great time to renew your membership.

At 7:00 p.m. we will begin a short business meeting followed by Show and Tell (this timeframe will allow the volunteers to determine who the bid winners are).

Once the winners are determined, your name will be called, and you will collect your card(s) and bring them to the cashier. We will have four cashiers to accommodate everyone. You will pay the cashier with cash or check; they will stamp your card(s) and you can pick up your item(s) at that time. A volunteer will be there to help you and please remember to turn in your card(s) to that volunteer.

We have over 130 brand new items for you to bid on. A description will be near the items, we ask that you do not open the clear bags. We are sure you will be quite pleased with the array of beautiful quilting gems.
